On May 27, on the occasion of Eid al-Adha (Qurban Bayram), the Eid prayer was performed in the mosques of Baku.

AZERTAC reports that the Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Board, Sheikh-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazadeh, led the Eid prayer organized at the Taza Pir Mosque.

Religious figures and residents of the capital participated in the ceremony.

During the Eid prayer, prayers were recited for the souls of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and the martyrs, and wishes were made for the prosperity, unity, and abundance of our people, as well as peace and tranquility for our world.

On the occasion of Eid al-Adha, prayers were performed not only in the capital but also in mosques located in various regions of the republic, as well as in the liberated territories.
